I would highly recommend using Heather Adickes as an agent. My girlfriend, Alyssa, and I expressed to Heather what our needs and wants were for our new home. This included price, amenities, location and parking amongst other desires. When we met with Heather for the first time, she came very well prepared and had narrowed the search from hundreds of available homes on the market to approximately ten that she felt fit our needs. She nailed it. The very first unit she showed us checked every single box and Alyssa and I fell in love with the space. We did tour the other locations she had prepared for us and they too fit our needs and criteria but the first location was to be our home. However, Heather’s job didn’t end there. She then negotiated on our behalf to get us the very best deal possible. Then, she coordinated everything for us from the required forms that needed to be filled out to answering any and all questions that we had regarding our new home. She relayed all messages and concerns we had to the other agent in a timely fashion and provided us with the answers we needed. She was very responsive and very knowledgeable about the current market. Heather went above and beyond on numerous occasions that not too many other agents would have. Alyssa had fallen ill and was too sick to leave her apartment to pick up the new keys from the landlord’s agent. It was our responsibility to do so. With Alyssa being sick and me not being able to get to the seller’s agent’s office during business hours to pick up the keys, Heather selflessly volunteered to drop the keys off to Alyssa to ensure we had our keys on our move in date. We recently found a home with Heather, and went through probably every issue you can think of with finding a home. From backing out of a contract due to COVID and backing out of a home due to the inspection. She was patient during the search (December 19' to September 20'). As with most searches, we probably offered on at least 10 homes, and our confidence was wavering, but she stayed positive and now we found the home we can grow in.
